We are happy to announce that Clendenin Anthony served as exclusive advisor to Luv-A-Lawn and Pest Control on its sale to Fairway Lawns in July 2022.

Luv-A-Lawn was established in 2009 in Osceola County, FL and provides lawn care and pest control services for thousands of customers throughout Central Florida. When it came time to sell, owner Joe Valentine turned to our team to assist him with the process.
