We are happy to announce that Clendenin Anthony served as exclusive advisor to Regal Termite & Pest Control Services on its sale to Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, in June 2024.

Regal, located in central Florida, had served residential and commercial customers in Ocala and the surrounding areas since 1994. When it came time to sell, owner Erwin Rivera turned to our team to source the most suitable buyer.
