Clendenin Anthony Announces the Successful Sale of Sorko Services (Aquatic Division) to Dragonfly Pond Works

We are happy to announce that Clendenin Anthony served as exclusive advisor to Sorko Services (Aquatic Division) on its sale to Dragonfly Pond Works earlier this year.

Sorko Services, located in Sanford, FL has been providing lawn care, pest control and sprinkler services to customers in Central Florida since 2018. When it came time to sell, owner Steve Okros entrusted our team to source the most suitable buyer.
